  •  34' - 39' $85.00/Month

  •  40' - 44' $90.00/Month

  •  Above 45’ $95.00+/Month

Covered Concrete Pads (RV/Boat Ports):

12' Wide by 40' Deep: $165.00/month

All the above monthly rates do not include the following additional fees

  • Administration Fee of $60.00 (One Time Fee)

  • Security Deposit Required on Covered Concrete Pads which is equal to one month’s rent. (One Time Fee)

  • State of Ohio 6.75% Sales Tax (Warren County)
