  •  11' - 15' $75.00/Month

  • 16' - 20' $80.00/Month

  •  21' - 26' $85.00/Month

  •  27' - 33' $90.00/Month

  •  34' - 39' $95.00/Month

  •  40' - 44' $100.00/Month

  •  Above 45’ $105.00+/Month

Covered Concrete Pads (RV/Boat Ports):

12' Wide by 40' Deep: $175.00/month

*Regardless of unit size*

All the above monthly rates do not include the following additional fees

  • Administration Fee of $75.00 (One Time Fee)

  • Security Deposit Required on Covered Concrete Pads which is equal to one month’s rent. (One Time Fee)

  • State of Ohio 6.75% Sales Tax (Warren County)

  • Add $15 to monthly rate for concrete pads or pull thru
